Safety is a Moral Issue at Integrated Transport, LLC
At Integrated Transport, LLC, we take safety very seriously and see it as a moral issue. Integrated Transport is committed to safety on a daily basis. Our goal to have the safest fleet in the nation makes safety management a critical element of our operations structure and weekly success. Our safety management team comprised of the owners, directors, and vice-president focuses on developing programs and processes to achieve this important goal. This team designs and conducts training/orientation programs and implements best safety practices throughout our dedicated fleets.
People are our most important asset. With drivers filling the largest segment of our employment population at our company, we truly take a lead in making sure everything they do is safe. Also, Integrated Transport, LLC gets our drivers involved in safety by consistently asking for continuous improvement processes, suggestions, and "out-of-the-box" ideas. By including our drivers in everything we do, our "team" philosophy is much more real on a daily basis.

Monthly Safety Meeting Agenda:
Integrated Transport, LLC has a safety committee comprised of management and the top three senior drivers. The team develops, manages, and hold monthly safety meetings that addresses a vast array of safety subjects with the ultimate goal of ZERO preventable or non-preventable accidents, injuries, or incidents.
The safety committee's monthly meeting agenda could include:
- Review or accident and investigation reports
- Overview of accident/incident trends
- Summation of 'best safety practices'
- Results/findings of workplace safety inspections
- New and outstanding safety issues in the transportation industry
- Safety topic of the month
