SCOTT E MCGLON - President & COO
Scott, a logistics and transportation graduate of Auburn University, is President and Chief Operating Officer of Integrated Transport, LLC. Primary responsiblities include the overall operations of the company.
In addition to his internal duties and responsibilities, Scott actively manages Integrated Transport Logistics, Inc. - a separate non-asset transportation company. Before starting his two transportation companies, Scott held multiple logistics positions with three major transportation providers: Martin-Brower Corp., The Jones Motor Group, and Groendyke Transport. From loading trucks, making deliveries, driver recruiting, to regional vice president, Scott has a diversified transportation and logistics background that has complemented both of the companies he runs today.
DON G NEAL - Vice President of Sales & Operations
Don Neal lives in Prattville , AL and has a long and storied logistical background, with over 21 years logistics experience. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, he is a retired Major in the United States Marine Corps and has extensive experience at all levels of logistics, transporting cargo by truck, rail, air, and shipboard. He is experienced in all areas of moving cargo, from loading and dispatching trucks to setting rates and ensuring customer expectations are met. His primary responsibilities include the day-to-day operations and business development.
Just prior to joining Integrated Transport, Don was the Project Manager for all transportation functions for Maxwell Air Force Base and Gunter Annex, located in Montgomery , AL . Promoted from our Director of Operations to his current position, in addition to his internal operational duties and responsibilities, Don actively manages business development activities within the Alabma automotive industry.
CARLTON HUFFMAN - Director of Operations and Safety
Carlton has over 10 years experience in transportation and logistics. He has worked in various backgrounds of transportation including FedEx. He has past experience in driving, dispatch, safety compliance, and Dedicated divisions in transportation management. Carlton graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelors of Science in Transportation and Logistics.
MIKE MEADOWS - Director of Operation - Integrated Transport Logistics, Inc. - Central Operations
Mike Meadows joined Integrated Transport Logistics, Inc. in October of 2006 as the Director of Operations for our non-asset based logistics division. Mike's experience in dispatch and operations is a true asset to ITL's goals & objectives. Mike is in charge of the daily operations, Standard Operating Procedures, agent development, and business development.
L. GAYLE SMITH - Terminal Manager - Central Operations
L. Gayle Smith comes from a family that has been involved in logistics and trucking for over 30 years. A truck fleet owner for five years, Gayle brought to our staff a unique insight in regards to understanding the day-to-day operations from the view of our drivers. Spending more than four years traveling over the road in long haul trucks, she has experience in finding loads for her trucks, securing loads on her trucks, and first-hand knowledge of the trials and obstacles that our drivers face daily on the road.
Originally hired as our Dispatch Coordinator, Gayle's attributes and talents quickly came to light and she was promoted to her current position, where she handles the day-to-day terminal operations for us. Some of her daily duties include driver hiring and retention, coordination of the appropriate equipment for a specific lane, and the supervision of the dispatch staff. Away from work, Gayle spends time with her young family and enjoys cooking.
